Server monitoring is an important part of our services. Our monitoring checks all servers, switches, printers and computers. In case of any problems, we will immediately receive a notification and we can intervene immediately with the help of Remote Support.
Includes comprehensive backups
A server can sometimes fail, making it crucial to have good backups and a plan B. We have a spare server ready within the server management and where necessary we can read the latest backup from it. Even if the customer’s server is possibly defective or shows problems, we can use our temporary server management so that we can check the customer’s server quietly.
